Don't believe it, most likely a brick nsp. Op should have shown proof & dark umbra needs to require that people prove that they are not releasing fake software

well, the xci version is out, maybe this nsp was converted from xci

Used XCI Explorer. I know it's an NSP but a lot of my other NSPs actually worked fine & showed up. This one however shows this.
