Not really but I can upload one with just the ChaOS mod if that's what you want.

There is some slowdown when using graphical mods on the switch so be aware of that. I have also heard there are a few things missing from New Threat... mainly the source items are supposed to give +5 but only give +1 to stats.

Did you ever get it working? 
I can confirm it works on all CFW and Firmware versions.
