@hhtien1408 North American sysmenu set to English here, didn't had any kind of errors with this game all the way through.

If that error is somehow related to the usual 3DS locale mumbo-jumbo, try forcing the game's region and language to US English. Also, this cia is decrypted, maybe it's not working right on your setup for whatever reason and you'll need to re-encrypt the cia via GodMode9, although it works fine for me as it is...

How to re-encryt this rom with GodMode9? Need to update bootstrap9 and luma or not? I faced this problem from v4 to v5.

@hhtien1408 No need to update anything, simply select it in GodMode9 and you'll see the option. To be honest, I don't think encrypting the cia may actually help...

I'd try uninstalling the cia, deleting the game's exdata and nuking the 3DS-native save backup if you have one (backup the save data and exdata via Checkpoint if you might need to do so), and reinstalling the game afterwards – it's quite a quick process if you're going to utilise
