  2. For those that have played Tekken 6, you know that much unlike Tekken Tag, a lot of the bosses you face on bonus stages and towards the end of the game are simply larger than life. As has been par for the course from Namco however, the default options never let you actually play as these huge characters. That's pretty much a shame because some of Azazel's move's in particular are pretty darn powerful and beg to be given a shot at least once. To quell this urge, the developer now known as White Lord released the Rebirth Mod for the PSP version of the game that allowed you to use these two characters. After seeing the positive response the hack has gotten with time however, he has decided to port the entire project over to PS3 for full download available today. As far as the present cheats go, they only work with CodeUnique 2.3 (or UserCheat) and require that you update to version 1.03 of the game. After that it's as simple as copying the st.dat file into your USDIR folder to load. Once you install this, there are of course a few small caveats to get things working the way they should. Azazel actually works pretty easily by selecting Mokujin's second costume. For Nancy things do get a little more complicated. You select Jack 6's second costume but it will only work if you have the required rounds set to one. Also, both characters do require certain button presses related to health to be done at matches to get things running. If you can deal with that. check for more details at the download below Download:[hide][Hidden Content]] Source:Dashhacks

  6. The team working o Mario Kart PSP grew, and much, much more! It now has features many never imagined for a homebrew game and it is pulled off in a simple way. The biggest work that was spent on is the great homebrew game is the "Multi-player Mode." The developers are hard at work on worldwide Multiplayer support, but that is a lot easier to say then it is to do. So since they are working on that, it still has Multi-player support! Not worldwide though, and also not through Ad-Hoc.... but on one PSP. You control through the D-Pad, and your opponent through the Action Buttons. It is an unthinkable feature, but once again, in a simple way. This update focuses mostly on the Multi-player support, but also some things in the Single-player mode have been updated. Now it includes different enemies and a new theme-song. Also the EBOOT information is updated. You can check out the full changelog below. Changelog: Added 5 new Enemies in Retro Mode New theme song New Main & Settings menu Updated Credits 4 New multiplayer maps New Multiplayer Menu Updated EBOOT information Download:[hide][Hidden Content]] Source:Dashhacks
  7. ThatOtherDev has had a long history of giving us some pretty quality homebrew releases. For those more inclined to follow the PS3 community, you might remember a little game called UFO Racer which has you outrunning foes at the speed of space. The same can also be said of Hero City which gives users the option to fight crime as swiftly as possible. Cubicle Shooter for Wii on the other hand is a very different kind of game. The basic premise is that you are in the first person view as hordes upon hordes of suited up enemies continued to crush towards you. Your only weapon is to shoot them down while jumping to safety. In its most recent revision, this basic idea has grown just a little bit more to provide some bug fixes and gameplay enhancements. Now you will no longer be able to double jump as you could in older versions, and there is also a new save file type that will make your old saves obsolete but will lead to load time improvements. One of the biggest issues that is still present in this version is the long time it takes to save your game, but the problem has been worked around for now by allowing you to bring up the Wii home menu while still saving. It may not be perfect, but this is one simple and addicting game. Download:[hide][Hidden Content]] Source:Dashhacks
  8. There's no real denying that IrisManager is heating up by the second. Just when you thought there wasn't any more that could be done, Estwald is here to prove us wrong with an update to the popular game backup manager. If you happen to be one of those few running 4.31 CFW specifically, then this update should put a smile on your face because you'll now be able to use this manager on your very current and beloved firmware. It should be noted that as of right now PSX loading will not work yet on this firmware however. Though the translation is rough, I believe Miralastijeras is given some credit for that as a collaborative effort. If you happened to stay on a lower firmware though, there's also a few treats in terms of increased PSX support. In previous versions there was a bug causing certain games like Chrono Cross to give a black screen, but that has been fixed. Lastly another patch was added to simulate extended info in the TOC. This may or may not get some of those troublesome games booted. All in all another worthy update to an emerging scene favorite! Download:[hide][Hidden Content]] Source:Dashhacks

  13. RetroArch has been under development for a while now and its just getting better and better with every update. Thanks to the work of Themaister & Squarepusher the official release of RetroArch 0.9.8 for PS3 is ready for you to get your game on, loaded with the new Mednafen_neo_pop (Neo Geo Pocket / Color) & Mednafen_VB (Virtual Boy) cores this update brings Neo Geo Pocket and Virtual Boy support to the emulator giant. Simply adding to more systems isn’t enough though and thanks to the hard work of the developers RetroArch is more stable than ever and they have even added a few new options, have a read of the change log below for a full list of changes and fixes. RETROARCH CONSOLE ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ v0.9.8 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [LIBRETRO] Added Mednafen NGP and Mednafen VB. [LIBRETRO] Added NEStopia Undead (1.44). [LIBRETRO] Updated Mednafen PCE Fast and Mednafen Wonderswan to 0.9.28. [FBA] Updated Final Burn Alpha to 0.9.27.28. [Gambatte] Updated Gambatte (now has built-in GBC BIOS color palettes). [sNES9x Next] Updated SNES9x Next (fixes numerous bugs). [FCEUmm] Updated FCEUmm to latest version. [Genesis Plus GX] Updated Genesis Plus GX to latest version. (RARCH_CONSOLE) Various stability fixes (RARCH_CONSOLE) More sane unzipping mode - will temporarily extract file to HDD and then instantly delete it when it's done with it (ie. when another ROM gets loaded or when RetroArch shuts down) (RARCH_CONSOLE) All console ports now use 59.94Hz for synchronization on the RetroArch side instead of 59.92Hz as before. All consoles use 59.94Hz so this agrees better with them. (PS3) Added PAL60 temporal PAL mode (PS3) Fixed a lot of path issues - SRAM/savestate dir enable now work, 'Default ROM directory' should now work, etc. (PS3) Added rewind granularity options (PS3) Rewrote video driver from scratch (RGL v2). Faster blitting. (PS3) Onscreen keyboard should work again Download:[hide][Hidden Content]] Source:Dashhacks
