  1. Update 2019-12-07: Squashed the remaining two stray English lines. DL (116 MB): [Hidden Content] Notes: ※ The cutscene subtitles are still timed to the English voice clips. ※ Exactly three lines are cutting off a bit too soon.
  2. ALL Nintendo DS Roms 0001-XXXX Format: NDS Size: Single Parts / 1-500 MB Rom / ~400 GB Password: no Password [email protected] UploadGig.com, Uploaded.to, Share-Online.biz, Rapidgator.net, OBoom.com [Hidden Content] Use WinRar 5 please
  3. Nintendo DS I spent a few weeks (not continuously, obviously) looking for an original Nintendo DS Firmware dump, since my NDS has been dead for years. Here on DarkUmbra we have some posted, and is not difficult to find dumps on the internet, but all of them that I found are FlashME dumps, a custom firmware. After a while, I finally found a dump of an original firmware posted on a Spanish site, but many do not master that language, and as it is in a file with a modified DeSmuME... I decided to bring the BIOS and the Firmware dump to here. It was posted on [Hidden Content] and I have not done any editing in the firmware published by them, so when booting this on a emulator, the logo and warning screen will be in Spanish, so just go in the settings and change the language, name, message and whatever else you want. [email protected] Uptobox.com, MediaFire.com: Uptobox.com: [Hidden Content] MediaFire.com: [Hidden Content] Direct link: [Hidden Content] And, if you ask me what is the need to have a firmware in an emulator that does not need it to emulate? Well, I just wish could have all the menus and that boot logo I've seen so many times in my old NDS, and Emulation is Preservation... and it was cool the challenge of trying to find this file. A big thank you to them for keeping this file there. Nintendo DSi When I started looking for an original Nintendo DS Firmware dump I also looked for an DSi NAND dump, but soon I saw that it would be almost impossible to find. At that time. For some time now the developer Martin Korth has worked on the compatibility of the No$GBA with the Nintendo DSi, but there has never been great interest in this update of the nostalgic NDS. Even so, apparently shortly after I has finished my searches for the Nintendo DS Firmware a Reddit user named ndizzIe made a dump of his NAND available there. I'm bringing to you a link to it, and again I have not done any editing on files published by there, I just has put the NAND dump and the required BIOS files in a compressed file, without the No$GBA files that is in the compressed file posted there. [email protected] Uptobox.com: Uptobox.com: [Hidden Content] MediaFire.com: [Hidden Content] Direct link: [Hidden Content] The photos, name, data, and NAND itself are of author of the dump, but you can use the "Format System Memory" option through the System Settings by running this in an emulator and data will be clean. All credits and thanks go to ndizzIe on Reddit, and you can check out more information and the link to the original file in the Reddit thread that is at this link: [Hidden Content] Preservation... I would be happy if you can post this in other places (as long as you cite the sources I quoted, my job was just to find the files), or even if you click the links and start downloading. This will keep the files alive, and I did this to make it happen, for preservation. But probably I will take a while to back here, and I can not guarantee that these mirrors will stay alive while I do not come back. So now it's up to you. See you later.
  4. NA Professor Layton and the Curious Village: [Hidden Content] EU Professor Layton and the Curious Village: [Hidden Content] NA Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box: [Hidden Content] EU Professor Layton and Pandora's Box: [Hidden Content] NA Professor Layton and the Unwound Future: [Hidden Content] EU Professor Layton and the Lost Future: [Hidden Content] NA Professor Layton and the Last Specter: [Hidden Content] EU Professor Layton and the Spectre's Call: [Hidden Content] Notes: ※ FMV scenes weren't localised too faithfully, so be prepared for poorly timed and sometimes borderline made-up subs. It is possible to edit the FMV subs and even VN-style sequences' script with the Kuriimu (or even Tinke, to some extent). Regardless, I won't be attempting any kind of edits, since my English is too poor for that kind of task. ※ Unwound Future / Last Specter — There was no good way to address cases of the padded localised script and straight-up altered scenes/characters, so the extra localised lines with no Japanese equivalents are now voiceless and the altered localised stuff left as-is with the "mismatched" Japanese dub. Rest assured, the dub has been tailored to avoid goofed up lines like that as much as possible. Besides those, almost every instance of the shuffled sentences has been dealt with too. ※ Diabolical Box / Unwound Future / Last Specter — Few minor Japanese lines didn't make it to the localised versions since there were no English* equivalents for those. Mostly grunts or the stuff that was cut from the international releases. ※ You can easily port these undubs to European single-language versions of the games, any NDS ROM editor/repacker will do the trick. Simply replace all of the audio files in your ROMs with the ones from these undubs. Kudos to vergil2012 for confirming this.

  6. Made them just so I could play them on the Gamepad, thought some other people might appreciate saving a few minutes... the artwork/icons were knocked together pretty fast. All tested (not thoroughly) on a EUR console. All games are in English. Infinite Space Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors Shin Megami Tensei - Devil Survivor Shin Megami Tensei - Devil Survivor 2 Shin Megami Tensei - Strange Journey Super Robot Taisen: OG Saga (Also, a copy of Chrono Trigger... it's the Snes version though) Stretched Large Screen Mode + Removed DS Graphic. In the game folder/content/0010/ replace 'configuration_cafe.json' with the file of the same name located in the 'fullscreen.zip' that can be grabbed from the same folder you get the games from. In the virtual console menu change the screen layout to large screen display. This will make playing these games a ton easier. If anybody has a better layout for the standard 'DS Layout' lemme know! Edit: As requested, you can now have the bottom screen as what appears on the tv and the top screen appear on the gamepad. It's in the 'fullscreen-reversed.zip', Enjoy. [hide][Hidden Content]]
