  2. From Original Post I have managed to get Zelda Breath Of The Wild set up correctly on CEMU 1.10 with smooth frames and everything. All amiibos and DLC as well as all graphics packs for it. Game is updated to 1.30. I get 30fps (soft lock) outside and 60fps inside buildings and shrines. I also play this game with a 5k graphics pack enabled. I've included a read me file with instructions on what you need to do to set everything up. READ IT! End of Origjnal Post --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Serious Issue There seems to be an issue with CEMU 1.11, where the intro will open to a white screen and staying there after the "open your eyes" sequence. I believe its an issue with CEMU 1.11 itself. I removed the links from that post until i can fix it, or until cemu updates again. Sorry to those who spent hours downloading only to have the game bug out. Feel free to keep using this pack, as it works well with cemu 1.10. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DMCA Report The file was reported as copyright, so I've moved to a torrent. [Hidden Content] --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've made it easier to set up and play with the latest update by compressing MY cemu folder with cemu hook and all gfx packs inside of it. And just deleted my saves and shader cache. Basically just extract cemu and the game and play. If you run into issues or dont know how to set everything up CHECK THE READ ME FILE If you read this entire post, the READ ME file and still cant figure out your issue and need support, I'm offering support on my discord seeing as the Official CEMU Discord wont offer support for piracy. [Hidden Content] --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My system for reference: Ryzen 7 1700 @ 3.9ghz GTX 980TI OC'ed @ 1490Mhz on the core clock and 3557MHz on the mem clock 16GB DDR4 @ 2933 MHz 128gb m.2 ssd (game and cemu are installed here) Other random HDD's --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Shader Cache Recommended Information If you're on an AMD GPU it is recommend to download a shader cache for better performance, so I've included a pre-compiled shader cache for you inside the "shader cache" folder. I recommend launching the game one time to make the emulator start a shader cache. Once loaded into the menu, close the launcher and copy and paste the "dcac9927" file inside both folders that are located within your "CEMU/shaderCache" folder. Replace the files if neccesary. If you're on an NVIDIA GPU it is recommended to start your own shader cache from scratch. As you play you will get stuttering in the beginning at first, but once you've put in a few hours it should be much less frequent, even non existant. If you download a shader cache you will end up losing performance on any NVIDIA GPU's, That includes 1080TI's. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The DLC armor and DLC items you will have to find. If you cannot find them, IGN has a walkthrough for all DLC items, as well as the rest of the game on their website. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SEED!!! Torrent (No Password) [Hidden Content] --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GDrive had a DMCA Takedown --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ERRORS "You must perform a system update to play The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild" Apparent FIX: Close CEMU and go to the [game folder]/content/system/version.txt edit it to the version you have; 1.3.1, and save the file. Relaunch CEMU and it should now load and play the game. This SHOULD be fixed now, as I've redone the whole update process for this pack. Game is crashing randomly? Fix: In the graphics packs menu, under options, when you open CEMU. Make sure the gfx pack named; "BreathOfTheWild_LwzxNullCheck" is enabled. CEMU has stopped working A user by the name of JeyTee84 ran into this issue and commented what he did to fix it; I tried disabling graphicPacks but it didn't work. The thing that made it work was that I downloaded a clean cemu from [Hidden Content] , then I copied your keystone.dll, dbghelp.dll, cemuhook.ini files and the graphicPacks, mlc01, sharedFonts folders. I have no idea what I was doing, I just moved what I thought would be necessary and now I've been happily playing for about 3 hours. I cant get more then 20 FPS and I have a bitchin rig Make sure Fence Skip Hack is enabled. You may end up with "milky" water, but id take that over 10 fps.

  5. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has been playable in CEMU from start to finish for some time now, but you may have noticed than when you launch the game, it's running slower than you might like. Currently, the only way to a get the absolute best experience possible requires just a slight amount of tweaking before you can achieve 30FPS in the open outdoors. No need to worry, because the process is actually fairly simple. If you follow this simple step-by-step, you too will learn how to achieve the maximum performance while playing the game. Before we begin, however, there are a few things you will need. Let us run through a small checklist of what's required to make this happen: [Hidden Content] After downloading all requisite files, you are ready to continue. Firstly, we will enable something called GPUFence hack in CEMU. This feature used to be exclusive to CEMUHook, but it has since been integrated into the emulator by default. To enable GPUFence Hack for BotW, navigate to your CEMU folder, under gameProfiles (e.g. C:\cemu_1.8.0b\gameProfiles). You will see a bunch of .ini files, each one corresponding to a specific Wii U Title. We want to configure the hack only for Breath of the Wild, so we are only looking for one out of a possible three .ini files (depending on your region). Find the .ini file corresponding to your game version and open it in notepad. The .ini you want is either: 00050000101C9300.ini (for JPN) 00050000101C9400.ini (for USA) 00050000101C9500.ini (for EUR) Once it's open, you should see something like this: # TLoZ: Breath of the Wild (USA) [CPU] emulateSinglePrecision = true [Graphics] What we're doing here is making sure the emulator starts with this hack enabled, and we can do that by adding 'disableGPUFence = true' under the graphics section. Like so: # TLoZ: Breath of the Wild (USA) [CPU] emulateSinglePrecision = true [Graphics] disableGPUFence = true Save the file. Now the game will start with this hack enabled, allowing you to reach a more acceptable 30FPS framerate in the open world. Secondly, we will extract CEMUhook (dbghelp.dll) right into the Cemu 1.8.0 directory (where your cemu.exe is located). This enables a few key features in CEMU such as h264 video playback (required for video cutscenes), and also gives you the ability to toggle the GPUFence hack off and on (required since indoor areas such as shrines run at double-speed with the hack.) That's it for this step. Thirdly, (optional but will lessen stuttering as shaders are compiled), we will take the shader cache we downloaded it and extract it to the CEMU under the proper folder: C:\cemu_1.8.*\shaderCache\transferable NOTE: You may have to rename the .bin file depending on what region your game is. You can find this out by running the game in CEMU and looking in the title bar. The filename you want is based on [SaveDir] in the CEMU title bar. Lastly, after the above steps are finished, we can launch Breath of the Wild in CEMU. For best results, it is recommended to set the GPU Buffer Cache Accuracy to Low. You can find this under Options>GPU Buffer Cache Accuracy. You will also notice that under the Options menu is now an option named "GX2SetGPUFence skip (HACK)". It will default to on when you load Breath of the Wild, which is what we want, since the open world runs at about ~15 FPS without it. However, it can be enabled and disabled on the fly as needed (such as in shrines) to ensure the best playability at all times. Congratulations! You are now ready to enjoy the best way to play Breath of the Wild in CEMU.
  6. So you downloaded an update or DLC for a Wii U game to use in CEMU, but you have no idea what to do with all those files. Thankfully, getting everything set up is not that complicated. Updates: First things first: You need to decrypt the update/DLC before you can use it in CEMU. There are many ways to achieve this, but if you already have the update files, the most efficient way is to use a tool such as CDecrypt 1.0b. Once CDecrypt has finished its work, you should be left with three decrypted folders: code, content, meta. Perfect! This content is now in a format that is readable by CEMU, but you're not finished yet. In order for CEMU to recognize and load the content, we need to copy the decrypted content into the CEMU folder under the \mlc01\usr\title\00050000\XXXXXXXX directory. The directory you paste your update folders in must be named to coincide with the Wii U Title ID. You can find these at the Wii U Title Database. Each game has a unique title ID, formatted as such: 00050000-XXXXXXXX. In order to know what your folder must be named, find the game you're looking for in the Wii U Title Database list and use the last 8 digits of the title ID. Here are some examples, using The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild: C:\Cemu 1.8.0\mlc01\usr\title\00050000\101C9300 (for JPN) C:\Cemu 1.8.0\mlc01\usr\title\00050000\101C9400 (for USA) C:\Cemu 1.8.0\mlc01\usr\title\00050000\101C9500 (for EUR) DLC: DLC must be decrypted in the same way as update files. After they are decrypted, you will again be left with 3 decrypted folders: content, code, meta. These DLC files (not updates!) go under an additional folder named "aoc" under the update directory for that title. For example, if you were to install the Language Pack DLC for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, you would place the folders under this directory: C:\Cemu 1.8.0\mlc01\usr\title\00050000\101C9300\aoc (for JPN) C:\Cemu 1.8.0\mlc01\usr\title\00050000\101C9400\aoc (for USA) C:\Cemu 1.8.0\mlc01\usr\title\00050000\101C9500\aoc (for EUR) And that's it - launch the game after doing the above and the update and DLC will automatically be applied when the game is loaded.

  9. The games will not crash if you would convert the .wud file to .wux with (U wizard) wud compress program. Here is the site: [Hidden Content] It also makes it easier to download games so people can upload them. All of those games are 25gb, that slows down the Citra emulator. When you play the compressed .wud (.wux), it will take a load off of the emulator. [Hidden Content]
