  1. Had to try my hand at making Box and Spectre undubs myself since those are completely elusive and luckily, those turned out to work fine as a simple in-ROM file swaps. Although undubs for the DS Layton series are generally a bit wonky due to how some lines are split in more audio files for English and Japanese versions, those instances are not intrusive and not too frequent. I wish I could re-encode .sad audio files to merge some problematic lines for the "perfect" undubs of these but oh well. 2. This collects all my previous inject/vc posts and adds a ton of new stuff, figured it's better to have everything all in one spot and to try and organise it all a bit better. Pretty much everything has a meta folder, with icons and a background, it's nothing flashy... but, it's presentable. Have fun! (and if anybody can get hold of these or has them, lemme know!) 4. Nintendo DS I spent a few weeks (not continuously, obviously) looking for an original Nintendo DS Firmware dump, since my NDS has been dead for years. Here on DarkUmbra we have some posted, and is not difficult to find dumps on the internet, but all of them that I found are FlashME dumps, a custom firmware. After a while, I finally found a dump of an original firmware posted on a Spanish site, but many do not master that language, and as it is in a file with a modified DeSmuME... I decided to bring the BIOS and the Firmware dump to here. It was posted on [Hidden Content] and I have not done any editing in the firmware published by them, so when booting this on a emulator, the logo and warning screen will be in Spanish, so just go in the settings and change the language, name, message and whatever else you want. [email protected] Uptobox.com, MediaFire.com: Uptobox.com: [Hidden Content] MediaFire.com: [Hidden Content] And, if you ask me what is the need to have a firmware in an emulator that does not need it to emulate? Well, I just wish could have all the menus and that boot logo I've seen so many times in my old NDS, and Emulation is Preservation... and it was cool the challenge of trying to find this file. A big thank you to them for keeping this file there. Nintendo DSi When I started looking for an original Nintendo DS Firmware dump I also looked for an DSi NAND dump, but soon I saw that it would be almost impossible to find. At that time. For some time now the developer Martin Korth has worked on the compatibility of the No$GBA with the Nintendo DSi, but there has never been great interest in this update of the nostalgic NDS. Even so, apparently shortly after I has finished my searches for the Nintendo DS Firmware a Reddit user named ndizzIe made a dump of his NAND available there. I'm bringing to you a link to it, and again I have not done any editing on files published by there, I just has put the NAND dump and the required BIOS files in a compressed file, without the No$GBA files that is in the compressed file posted there. [email protected] Uptobox.com: Uptobox.com: [Hidden Content] The photos, name, data, and NAND itself are of author of the dump, but you can use the "Format System Memory" option through the System Settings by running this in an emulator and data will be clean. All credits and thanks go to ndizzIe on Reddit, and you can check out more information and the link to the original file in the Reddit thread that is at this link: [Hidden Content] Preservation... I would be happy if you can post this in other places (as long as you cite the sources I quoted, my job was just to find the files), or even if you click the links and start downloading. This will keep the files alive, and I did this to make it happen, for preservation. But probably I will take a while to back here, and I can not guarantee that these mirrors will stay alive while I do not come back. So now it's up to you. See you later.

  6. This is a pack that I made for, in my opinion, a fun DS Game that you may or may not have played before - WarioWare D.I.Y. It includes: The original WarioWare D.I.Y ROM, and the WarioWare D.I.Y. Showcase WAD. A save editor for those two games. And a pack of ".mio" files to import using the save editor (Remember, don't import those .mio files into the music or comic slots.) And a save file for WarioWare D.I.Y. If you don't know what WarioWare - D.I.Y. is, or if you haven't heard of WarioWare at all, you can just go to Ninty's site for this game (I can't give you a good explanation. LOL.) 7. DS Simulia XFlow 2017x (build 103.03/102.0) | 2.8 Gb Dassault Systèmes Simulia annouce the release of a new patch for XFlow 2017 version. This solution is a powerful CFD technology that uses a proprietary particle-based, fully Lagrangian approach to handling traditionally complex CFD problems in engineering, design, science, and architecture with ease. XFlow provides the ability to simulate the flow of gases and liquids, heat and mass transfer, moving bodies, multiphase physics, acoustics and fluid structure interaction. About Dassault Systemes Simulia XFlow. Dassault Systèmes' acquisition of XFlow compliments SIMULIA's existing capabilities in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) in an exceptional way. We have already built up strong applications for steady flow based on the predominant NavierStokes approach. XFlow goes beyond these existing technologies to the different Lattice Boltzmann methodology that is preferred by most users for highly dynamic, or unsteady, flow. Unsteady flow often arises with flow across complex solid geometries, such as the exterior surface of an automobile. A traditional mesh-based approach to these problems is highly dependent on the quality of the mesh-so that engineers have to spend significant time working on mesh discretization. Difficulties can arise when there are changes in the topology of the domain for problems involving the presence of moving parts or fluid-structure interaction. XFlow's meshless particlebased methods reduce the traditional time-consuming meshing burden, enabling engineers to focus the majority of their efforts on design iteration and optimization. With XFlow's discretization approach, surface complexity is not a limiting factor. The underlying lattice can be controlled with a small set of parameters; the lattice is tolerant to the quality of the input geometry and adapts to the presence of moving parts. XFlow's kinetic solver has been specifically designed to perform very fast with accessible hardware. The solver also features, adaptive wake refinement for proximity to walls, high-fidelity turbulence modeling, thermal analysis, porousmedia flow, non-Newtonian flow, a fan model and more. XFlow supports behavior prediction and improves performance of many different kinds of complex designs subjected to unsteady flow. In addition to aerodynamic flow past a vehicle, these can include aerodynamic noise from aircraft landing gear and lubrication of complex drivetrains. This technology continues to improve automobile fuel economy and emissions, reduce the environmental noise of aircraft, and increase the efficiency of wind turbines, among many industry applications. About Dassault Systemes SIMULIA. Dassault Systèmes Simulia Corp. develops and markets 3D and product lifecycle management solutions. 13. In a legal battle that has been ongoing for more than four years, the Court of Appeals in Paris, the second-highest tier of court in the French legal system, decided last week to pass the ruling making the sale of these cards illegal. Divineo Sarl and five other companies were found guilty of the import, sale and distribution of flash cards - known in France as linkers - fined over €460,000 (£398,658) and told to pay damages in excess of €4.8 million (£4.2 million) to Nintendo. Stephan Bole, managing director of Nintendo France, said: "Nintendo supported this criminal action not only for the company's sake, but for the interests of its game developer partners who expect the highest standards and integrity from products bearing the Nintendo name." The case began in December 2007 when French police raided premises across the country and seized several thousand DS flash cards. In December 2009, a French court backed Divineo, ruling that Nintendo was "illegally" protecting its system by locking out would-be developers who should be allowed to create their own homebrew applications for the console without censure. Nintendo appealed the decision, citing a Hong Kong court in 2008 which ruled against Divineo and ordered it to pay Nintendo €44.6 million in damages. That appeal has finally succeeded, and Nintendo notes that it brings France into line with the likes of Germany, Italy, the UK, Netherlands and Belgium, which have also declared the devices illegal. Divineo was also found guilty of trafficking mod chips and software that enabled piracy on PlayStation 2, and was fined $9.5 million by a California court in 2006.
